Cinemachine cameras not transitioning properly?

Post by cruddish »

Hi there! I have sequences set up within my dialogue to change the priority of Cinemachine cameras so that when the player enters a conversation it transitions to it using CinemachinePriority(ConversationCamera, 99,);. It works great to begin with and eases in perfectly, but when the conversation is over and the camera is meant to ease back out, it just cuts directly instead. I have not added the cut command to the sequence, and the CinemachineBrain is set to "Ease In Out" in blend mode. Any idea what could be causing this? The transition back to the first camera also seems to break my scene's Parallax2D effect for some reason.

Hi,

How are you trying to ease back out? Setting the priority of that Cinemachine camera back down to zero or something?

As a test, if you try out Cinemachine Priority On Dialogue Event to control a Cinemachine camera's priority on conversation start & end, does it work?
