Inspect the Dialogue Manager GameObject. Set the Display Settings > Input Settings > [em#] Tag for Old Responses dropdown to one of the emphasis settings values. You can customize the appearance of the emphasis settings values in the Dialogue Editor window's Database section > Database Properties > Emphasis Settings.
