I have a project where I started using the trial dialogue system but somewhere along the line I upgraded to the paid version.
I think I messed up a while ago as I still got the trial watermark.
My project also had source control in git and I cannot get a decent clone from the source control so I decided to rebuild the entire project from scratch and copy the assets over.
Everything seems to work fine except for the dialogue system. When I copy my dialogue database asset and meta file from one project to another, I can't seem to use it in the new project. The dialogue system doesn't recognize it as a dialogue DB.
I also notice my old project doesn't have the plugins folder in the assets folder but instead has the /Dialogue System folder. This is probably one of the issues I'm having with the demo version...
So how can I easily migrate this to a new project so I can fix these things?
Issues recreating project
Re: Issues recreating project
Ok... so think I fixed it...
It's been around half a year since I worked on the project and I thought I was using version 2.x but seems like I was using version 1.x and I had to run the updater...
After creating a new project, copying the assets from the old project and then run the upgrader, everything was working fine.
I couldn't really find the release date for version 2 so it wasn't obvious that i needed to upgrade which was a bit of a pain...

Hi,
I'm glad to hear that everything's working fine now. I know it won't help in this case, but starting with version 2.0.5 I'll include release dates in the Release Notes history.
