Need assistance to create Fallout - style dialogue system for dissertation project

I just got one more day of extension to finish my dissertation. So please give me step by step guidance on how to create Fallout - style dialogue system. I've got all animations up and ready, Idle, Stand, Talk, Sit back..and also, I've got the voices as well..please need urgent help! I can come online via Skype but please for once help me!
