Hi Tony!
Been a while!
I took a month of vacation and started again recently, back and forth with the publisher trying to come to an agreement for final release!
We were told to proofread and correct errors in our text... which we have always planned to do from the begining...
I am unsure however with over 900 lines of text, which would be the best way to export AND reimport the text without breaking anything...
I personally liked the export for "Voice over script"... but that one seems to be missing IDs to be able to reimport and re-add them to the database...
Any pro-tips or suggestion you could give on this?
PS: I did go through this page here : "http://pixelcrushers.com/dialogue_syste ... erter.html" but it seems basic CSV (even with pretty much everything unchecked) has soooooo much stuff in it... I want the easiest way to just export the text, edit in word (or excel if absolutely needed) and get it back in afterward
Thanks as always and have a great day!
EDIT : I tried exporting in pretty much every format availlable... and came up with this one as being the best and easiest to work with...
With this, I can hide row B to G and simply have the title and dialogues next to it... super easy to edit... in excel/googlesheets/etc...
Would these settings cause any issues when RE-Importing?
FINAL edit : Seems like it works... I tried it, modified a few things, reimported in a new database... then had that new database merged with my regular one... and the changes were there... is that proper procedure?

Re: Best suggestion to Export and Re-Import
That'll work fine. Some tips:
- In the CSV Converter (importer), make sure to tick Merge. This will pull the changes into your existing database rather than wiping it first.
- Make a backup of your database before importing in case something gets messed up on the Excel/CSV side.
