Sorry I was not clear enough.
I know I can change around with the up+ button.
My question was, it seems my issue only occurs when I have only one speaker representing the whole conversation.
No player, only the NPC talk to the player, meaning only grey nodes.
When I do it like that then it skips the camera cutscene sequence l. But as soon as I insert one node with the player, then it works??
My goal for this specific case is to have only the NPC giving instructions

What you described should work. Are there any errors or warnings in the Console window?
If not, then temporarily set the Dialogue Manager's Other Settings > Debug Level to Info. Play through the conversation, and make a note of what is being logged in the Console window. It should give you an idea of what's going on under the hood.
