articy:draft 3.1.9 available (fixes XML export bug)

Nevigo just released version 3.1.9, which is now the default download on their download page. This update fixes an XML export bug that caused articy to fail to export some content to the XML file. If you're using articy with the Dialogue System, consider updating to 3.1.9.
