Trigger event script doesn't work

Hello I want to dig up this thread. I also have this problem.
And yes sometimes adding the component one more time is working, but not always. I'm pretty sure I did everything correct from tutorial.
I see that the message are send, but the node doesn't change at all. Please could you fix this?

Would you please start a new thread and include screenshots of your setup? This will help me see what's misconfigured and suggest how you can fix it.
