[Corgi Engine] Cannot Jump within the Conversation Zone

Hi, I am new to Unity as well as Corgi Engine and Dialogue system.
I got a problem that I cannot jump within the Conversation Zone event through I untick the checkbox of "Prevent Jumps Wile in this Zone", what would be the most possible problem and how could I solve it?

Nevermind. I just discover that there is alos a checkbox in character which is the section "Charecter button activation" and ther is a prevent jump in zone check box
