Is the dialog system event only played when I'm with my manager? I want to run the On Conversation End Method, but I can't. Is there a way?

Dialogue System Events and related script messages such as OnConversationEnd(Transform) only run on specific GameObjects. This table explains which GameObjects receive these events & messages. OnConversationEnd is only sent to the Dialogue Manager GameObject and the conversation participants (actor & conversant) and their children.
