Losing custom emphasis color when uploading version

Hi,

We are using version 1.6.3 and when we upload to last version 1.6.6_3 we lose all our custom emphasis color.
Instead of that we are getting the default emphasis colors and we cannot change the colors always is taken the defaults colors.

Hi and thank you very much for the quick answer.

I just realized the patch is for unity 5.3 and we are using unity 5.1.3. Is that relevant for the fix?

The download site now has a version of the patch for Unity 5.0 - 5.2.
