This is a tough one and really yet to dive into why but..
Procedural quests working fine in the editor, but once inside a build they are offered, but once accepted they do not get acquired by player.
We have them set up to use through dialogue system if anything comes to mind.
Only thing I can think of is perhaps some Unity scripting order issue?
Anything come to your mind Tony?

Have you tried playing in the Unity editor from the first scene in build settings? Does this exhibit the same problem?
Is it possible that, in a build, you end up with two QuestJournal components in the scene?

Will take a look at a few of the suggestions this weekend.
