Tell me how to set up a change of image (emotion) as shown in the video to the left of the dialog?

Hi,
In the Dialogue Editor's Actors section, assign different emotion portraits to the actor's Portrait Sprites. Make a note of the number of each one (1, 2, 3, etc.).
Then use the [pic=#] markup tag in your Dialogue Text to switch portrait images for that line. To permanently change the portrait image for the rest of the conversation, use the SetPortrait() sequencer command.
