I2 Localization Actor Display Name Issue

Post by Kaizen »

Hello,

I setup successfully I2 localization integration with Dialogue System.
At least it works for subtitles but not for Actors Display Name. I'm not sure is there is anything specific to do for the display Name?

Here the Display Name should be "Employeur mystérieux"

I exported successfully informations from DS to I2 with the DS to I2 window. Here is my configuration:

Then I translated the names in I2:

I added the component on the Dialog system controller object:

Any idea what could be wrong in my setup?

Hi,

In the DS To I2 window, did you click 'From I2'?

If so, please open your database in the Dialogue Editor and inspect an actor. Does it have localized Display Name fields?

Wow thanks that was that easy!
Sorry I missed that step, I thought I only had to do this once I did some real translations...
It works perfectly now :)

Great! I'm glad to read that did the trick.
