Hi,

Updated JLC import capability is available natively in DS version 2.2.17. YarnSpinner import is also in development. We were aiming for version 2.2.17 for that, but there were some pandemic-related delays so it may come out as an importable addendum to 2.2.17 and then ship with 2.2.18.

Early next week. YarnSpinner import will probably be released the first week of June.

Hi Toni

Fantastic work to-date with the Unity Dialogue System. Thank you.

I just wanted to pick up on your ETA for YarnSpinner import? It's been a several months since your last update of this and I would be keen to learn in which release you truly would be making this available?

Cheers

We're aiming for the next release: version 2.2.21. It turned out to be a complex endeavor since we're replicating all of the functionality of YarnSpinner plus tying it into all of the extra features that the Dialogue System provides.

If you or anyone else would like to join the pre-release beta, please let me know. I'll be happy to add you to the list.

Thanks for the prompt update. That really does sound promising. Yes - I’d be happy to be on the beta list - count me in and I’ll try to offer any feedback regarding its functionality. Please PM details.
