Localisations forms are missing

Post by OneManOnMars »

Hey Pixel Crushers,

I have a small issue.
Lately, the translation entry forms on the conversation nodes are not appearing anymore, when I create new nodes.

Initially, it looked like this:

but now the entries for the loca is missing like this:

My questions are:
How can I add the loca fields back to the already created nodes that do not have them.
Why do they not appear anymore when I create a new node anyway?
Let's assume I would like to add another language later in the dev cycle, is there a way to add this to every node that exists?

Thank you for your help,

Roman

Hi Roman,

Are you using an external editor such as articy:draft? If so, use the localization integration for that editor (e.g., articy:draft Localization importer).

If you're editing conversations in the Dialogue Editor window, add your localization fields to the template. On the Templates page, you can select Menu > Apply Template To Assets to add the localization fields to all dialogue entries if they're missing.

For whatever reason, the languages just got lost maybe when we changed from 1.x to 2.x. But they are back now. Thank you for the help.

Glad it's working now. If you notice any other issues with it, let me know.
