You're going to make me lazy, answering your own questions before I get a stab at them. ;)

BTW, FeatureDemo.cs is a fairly basic script that's just meant to drive the demo scenes, although it also demonstrates some of the API calls in the Dialogue System. If you're interested, you can find a more comprehensive menu system on the Dialogue System Extras page.
