A word of wake-up call, thanks Tony, I'm using the bolt on the control to refresh the Camera and I've now found the crux of the problem. Trying to fix it now.

You can use a Dialogue System Events component to disable that Bolt machine during conversations. Or, in the Bolt machine itself, check DialogueManager.isConversationActive. While it's active, don't control the camera.
