Can't find Rewired integration package

I'm trying to set up Rewired and Dialogue System to work together, but I don't seem to have access to the integration package. When I go to Tools > Pixel Crushers > Dialogue System the options given are Welcome Window, Dialogue Editor, Help, Tools, Import, Wizards, and Extras. There is no Third-Party Integration option in any of these menus.

Hi,

Please select Asset > Import Package > Custom Package. Import the unitypackage Plugins/Pixel Crushers/Common/Third Party Support/Rewired Support. Then add the InputDeviceManagerRewired component to the Dialogue System.

This solved my issue, thank you. For what it's worth, it would be helpful if on that integration documentation page you linked it was more clear where someone was supposed to import the package from. Currently, it just says Import Third Party Support ► Rewired Support.
