Whenever I import my articy:draft project into the Dialogue System, the script field on each Dialogue Entry gets deleted, or overwritten with an empty value.
I've tried adding a text box to each template with a display name and a technical name of Script, but although Dialogue Manager does make data entered there available under "All Fields", allowing me to copy and paste the data back into place - it's not putting that data in the Dialogue Entry script box. With so many entries, moving all the scripts every time I update is getting a little unwieldy. Will you help me understand what I need to do differently?
Articy:Draft script import
Re: Articy:Draft script import
Hi,
In articy:draft, "scripts" are put on Pins and Instructions. If they're in articy:espresso, the converter will do its best to convert them to Lua. If they're in Lua, the converter will import them as-is.
I'm working on a patch right now that will also apply the value of a Script template property so you won't have to change anything in your articy:draft project. I'll send you download info when it's ready.
