Hi,
I am trying to find a better workflow for editing. I wanted to use Chatmapper but it doesn't have a MacOS version and the same for articy. Looking into Twine and noticed in your release page you had an importer listed. Was there a change of plans later or is there a way to make it work?
Any other solutions that work on MacOS I could consider?
Thanks,
Twine Integration
Re: Twine Integration
Hi,
Many developers use Parallels or similar software to run a Windows virtual machine on their Macs, and then they run Chat Mapper in that virtual machine.
Twine and Ink are both on the roadmap, which means they're in development but not ready yet.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the reply.
Was trying to avoid using VMs but I guess it can't be helped.
Thanks!

Re: Twine Integration
If you're using Dialogue System 1.6.5+, what about using the built-in Dialogue Editor window? With the serialization fix in 1.6.5, you should be able to use it reliably on Mac, Windows, or Linux. Most developers use this editor rather than an external editor.

Hi Crushers!
Any timeline for when I can get my paws on Twine integration?
Thanks

Re: Twine Integration
Once we're past the Black Friday / Cyber Monday activity, I'll get back onto the Twine integration. I had set it aside for quite some time (basically since Twine 2 came out) because there wasn't a standard export format in the way that Twine 1 had twee. There still isn't, but twison will do for now. It exports Twine to JSON format.
