I have just recently purchased S-Inventory and I thought that I would try to integrate S-Inventory into RFPS using the dialogue systems integration packages. Now I followed everything that the website said to do and I also checked the examples and for some reason when I press "I" or "C" for inventory or equipment the game pauses as if i am in the inventory and gameplay pauses but the interface does not show up.
Any ideas?
Oh and also. The save system is not saving quest progress. It is probably a version problem because I haven't upgraded my unity version or the dialogue system asset.
p.s. sorry for constantly asking for help.
S-Inventory interface not showing up.
Re: S-Inventory interface not showing up.
Hi,
No problem; that's what I'm here for!
When you play the example scene, are there any errors or warnings in the Console view?
What versions of Unity, the Dialogue System, RFPS, and S-Inventory are you using? If possible, update to:
Regarding the save problem, how are you saving your game? Depending on how you save, you may see a long 'Save data: ...' line in the Console view. If you skim through this line, does it contain information about your quests?
If you like, please also feel free to send an example project to tony (at) pixelcrushers.com and let me know what version of Unity to use.
