UI improvements for the search bar

Here's a gif showing some problems with the search bar:



The main problem is, when you click on the search bar, it often acts like you're clicking on the dropdown above it.

Another thing is, when you press "enter" it doesn't search for the next result. You have to click on the buttons to the right to do that.

I noticed the clicking area problem on the search bar just before 2.1.8 wrapped up. I didn't have time to fix it, but it's on the list. In Unity 2019, the UI elements overlap because their click areas are a little larger. I'll fix it in a patch.

I'll also set up the Enter key to start the search.

Unless it takes no effort on your part, I think i can wait for the next release. This is annoying but not a big deal. I can live with it.
