the conversation is "Chapter 3 - talk to GEORGIA Choice". It's odd because in some conversations that have more text, the entire thing shows up. But not this one and like 2 more.

Hi,

I don't have a copy of your project, so I can't confirm the issue for myself.

Try setting the Dialogue Manager's Other Settings > Debug Level to Info. This will print each line to the Console as it's spoken. Is the full text reported in the Console, or is it cut off there, too?

If the Console shows the full text, then reproduce the problem and pause the game when the cut-off text appears. Examine the subtitle panel. Is the UI Text element's Text field set to the full text, or is it cut off? If it's set to the full text, then perhaps the window is clipping the UI Text element so that not all of it is visible.
