Why doesn't my NO quest work?

This is addressed in version 1.2.47 (releasing soon). Here's a patch:
QM_NoQuestsPatch_2024-07-05.unitypackage
Prior to this patch, the quest giver would attempt to show the "Successful" content of the completed quest, even if the quest didn't have any Successful content. That's why the UI is blank. Now it will show the Successful content if it's available; otherwise it will show the Quest Giver's "no quests" text.
