help,2d selector cannot use

I followed the instructions in the documentation, watched the tutorial video to get started, and everything worked fine in the 3D project, but in the 2D project, even if I followed the requirements in the tutorial document and read the tips in the FAQ, I couldn't reproduce the dialogue triggering action.and it can work when on start ,but on use it cannot work
