I'm sorry. I've looked at the site and forums, but I can't figure it out, so please let me know.
I would like to change the status of the quest from active to active, but the status does not change even if I operate the toggle.
What should I do? ?

That checkbox toggles the tracking of an active quest. When a quest is tracked, it appears in the quest tracker HUD. The checkbox does not change the quest's state (unassigned / active / success / etc.). To change the quest's state, use the QuestLog class in C# or a Dialogue System Trigger.
