Dialogue system won't be close

if portrait image is assigned in the Standard UI Subtitle Panel , Close function won't close the dialogue UI
I have to 2 subtitle panels, one contains portrait image and another doesn't.
When I play Timeline, the dialogue with portrait can't be closed, it will just hide the text like in the image below.
but the dialogue without portrait wil function perfectly, it can be closed after I click on the close subtitle button.
both of the subtitle panel have been properly set, in face if I unassigned the portrait image here it works
