NPC Changes Conversations After 1st Interaction

Hello, I am very new to the Pixel Crushers Dialogue System! I was wondering if there was a way to interact with an NPC once and have one conversation, and then one you interact with them you have another conversation. It would go something like this:
[Player Interacts With NPC]
[Conversation 1 Happens]
[Player Walks Away]
[Player Interacts With NPC]
[Conversation 2 Happens (And will happen with every interaction following)]
