Are there any errors or warnings in the Console window?

Have you assigned a dialogue UI to the Dialogue Manager?

In your project, please go through the Quick Start tutorial again. Let me know if you can see the quick start conversation when you do this. If you can see the quick start conversation, then you may be able to compare its configuration with your actual scene to find the issue.

Sorry, I don't know why I didn't receive your reply before. I have assigned the UI to the Dialogue Manager, but when I tried to enter the DEMO scene, I found that all the materials were missing. I tried to import the plug-in again, but it was still missing, I don't know why? I have updated the latest version of the Dialogue System.

Are you using URP or HDRP? If so, you must download and import the URP / HDRP materials from the Dialogue System Extras page. The demo scenes use the built-in rendering pipeline unless you've imported the URP / HDRP materials.
