Can this or the quest machine make complete choice based text games?

Hi
A number of aspects of the tools here are interesting.
I am creating choice based interactive text adventures, in the same vein as the Delight Games and the games from Choicescript.
Their game engines require the use of scripting which I want to avoid or at least minimise, as I prefer to use an IDE that is a visual editor not a coding one.
I've also looked at how projects in tools like this one and also Arcweave can be exported to game engines like Unity.
Has anyone tried to create a fully playable choice based text game? No graphics.
And convert it into an app for Android or iOS? And used it to create an income by selling it or using ads like Admob?
The end result for me is a text based game that may or may not have graphics in the game added later.
Thanks in advance for any feedback on how far the Pixel Crusher tools can go to completing a fully playable text based choice game on the app markets.
Perhaps you know of other unity tools. I am aware of Ink and a few others. There are unity imports for many choice game creators. I am looking for one that goes from planning the text driven choice game in a visual editor through to a playable game for the markets.
