QuestMachine with Opsive UltimateInventorySystem

Hey all!

I'm sorta knew to QuestMachine, but so far I have it working just fine with UCC.

The problem I'm having is, the integration script for item checking uses UCC, and not UltimateInventorySystem. I was looking through the integration script, to see if maybe it was already setup to work with UltimateInventorySystem, or that maybe it would use UCC to get into it. But it doesn't seem to.

I am fairly good at C#, but these Opsive systems are extremely complex aha. I'm just curious if anyone has had any luck with this integration or not? Or if you could lead me in the right direction.

I have emailed Opsive as well, to see if they can lead me in the right direction, but I figured I would post here.

Hi,

Thanks for using Quest Machine! The Opsive site has a Quest Machine integration for Ultimate Inventory System (UIS). It provides quest conditions and quest actions to work with UIS, as well as saver components. If you use Quest Machine's save system, untick the UCC Saver component's Save Inventory checkbox and add a UIS Saver instead. (See the PDF included in the integration package for details.)

Just an update....

I got everything working, I'm onto my 5th quest where the player sells some items. But for some reason, the view currency condition isnt working. I am able to give the player currency, but not view it.

When the Sell Grams node is active, is the Dollars counter set to the amount of dollars that the player has?

Also, are you using the latest UIS integration from Opsive's site?
