Can I buy a copy of Dialogue System for Unity for a friend?

I want to use this glorious asset on a project I'm working on with a friend. How can I get him a copy?

Hi Melissa,
You could buy a second seat under your account if it's only for projects that you and he will collaborate on.
Unfortunately the Asset Store doesn't yet support gift certificates or vouchers or anything like that. The other option is for him to create a Unity account and buy a seat license under his account.
