Hi, Tony! I would like to make that when the conversation started, the image of the two participants in the conversation would be shown.(Left and right side)

Hi,
Assign the VN Template Standard Dialogue UI prefab to the Dialogue Manager's Dialogue UI field. It already does this. Then you can customize it to look the way you want.
Or, if you're already using a customized dialogue UI, inspect your subtitle panels and change the Visibility dropdown to Always From Start.
