Minimum Unity Version: Potentially Increasing to 2017.4

Unity is urging Asset Store publishers to increase the minimum Unity version for their assets to Unity 2017.4 LTS within the next 3 months.

How many people will this affect? If you're using an older version, will you be able to upgrade?
