JRPG Dialogue UI 2nd Lines and further are indented to the right

Hi, I seem to notice that when I use the standard JRPG dialogue UI. The second and further lines are slighty indented to the right while the typewritter effect is on-going. Then after the typewritter effect is finish the indent of 2nd and further lines fixes itself.

Is there a way to remove the indentation completely and not indent while the typewritter effect is on-going?

Attach are the pics while the typewritter effect is ongoing and after the typewritter effect has finished

Hi,

That looks like the deprecated Unity UI Dialogue UI or legacy Unity GUI version of the JRPG dialogue UI.

Can you try the prefab that's in Plugins / Pixel Crushers / Dialogue System / Prefabs / Standard UI Prefabs / Templates / JRPG? It has a gray background under the assumption that you'll eventually swap it out with your own textures.

The Unity UI Dialogue UI or legacy Unity GUI versions should still work, though. They're still supported. I wasn't able to reproduce the indent problem with either one. If you'd like to pursue the issue with either of these, please reply with some more details, such as which dialogue UI script/prefab you're using.

Yeah, I just used the standard JRPG template in my game (the one with the gray background) it seems it has a much more stable behavior.

Sounds good. If you notice any issues whatsoever with the standard UI, please let me know.
