Showing node SimStatus value in realtime?

Hi there,
For troubleshooting purposes, I'd like to know about the SimStatus value of every node in a conversation. Ideally, this would only require clicking over a given node and checking on the value, as an additional field (?).
Although I can imagine there must be a way to run a LUA command in the console, I'd prefer to avoid that approach, if possible.
I'm not sure if this would be possible or not, as I suspect fields in each node are static and can't be "refreshed" in realtime?
Anyway, that would be nice to have, because right now I'm having serious doubts about nodes' SimStatus maintaining the values they are supposed to have in a savegame.
