The patch is available on the Dialogue System Extras page and right here:

DS_I2LocalizationSupport_2020-10-14.unitypackage

Changes:
  • "To i2" button updates i2 Localization asset with changes to existing dialogue text, etc., not just new ones.
  • Leaves "[/i2nt]" tags intact.
