Hi Alfonso,

The UnityUITypewriterEffect.cs in the latest patches for 1.5.5 use a different technique that avoids the "ghost words." Can you import the latest patch?

the last patch is 2015-09-17? i'm using this patch and the typewriter of this patch i tried without my custom formatter but the issue with colors still happening if i disabled the typewriter the text goes fine, dont have any effect but the text with em works.

i will try to make a gif to see the rare effect.

Thanks for sending the gif. The "junk" text (actually partial rich text codes) is fixed in version 1.5.5.1. I'll address the pause when changing colors in the next full release, 1.5.6.
