Well... I actually found the issue when checking to build your test case!! LOL
The player had 2 Selector Use Std UI elements...
And I also put a regular "selector" on the player a few weeks ago when I was starting to test stuff... which required mouse-click to work... (i did not want that, which i why i changed to "on trigger enter") but now I wanted to give more "freedom" to start (or not) converstations by pressing a button... However I never removed the "2nd" selector.... and with mouse cursor locked, it was making a TON of glitches (flickering, dissapearing, etc...)
After removing this 2nd selector, its all good now!
