I would like to implement my own HUD but I don't find the best way to do it. Is it possible to have some explanation to start ?

Make a copy of the prefab "Quest HUD". Customize this copy. Then add it to your Quest Machine GameObject's Quest Machine Canvas. Finally, assign it to the Quest Machine GameObject's Quest HUD field. To assign it, see page 46 of the manual. (You'll need to drag the component heading itself into the Quest HUD field.)
