Any way to use Keyboard (Arrow up - arrow down) ?

i got a question,

i would love to interate through the UI by arrows, is that possible?
Like in RPGs : Gothic 1/2/3 for example.

quick addition:

i read :" You could configure Unity UI's EventSystem to navigate using the up/down arrow keys " ,

but how exactly can i do this, i cant figure it out maybe im just having it infront of my nose but i cant see it o.O
