How to keep quests in Hud

How do I keep completed quests in the HUD? I see a greyed out template: how do I keep certain quests greyed out in the HUD?

Hi,

The HUD, like the dialogue UI and quest journal UI, will show whatever UI content you've added to your quest, based on the current quest state and quest node states.

If your quest is in the Successful state, then the HUD will show any content that you've added to States > Successful > HUD Text.

Ok thank you. How many active or completed quests can show up in the HUD? Will it run off the screen if I add a bunch of text to it or it there a limit? How do I clear a successful quest off of the HUD later?

There's no limit. It could run off the screen. You could add a scroll bar to the HUD UI.

How do I clear a successful quest off of the HUD later?

You'd have to remove it from the quest journal. In this case, it will no longer show up in the journal either.
