Smooth nodes transition
Re: Smooth nodes transition
Thanks. I'll try that. I'm running a little behind, but I'll be looking at this first thing in the morning.
Re: Smooth nodes transition
I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. I'm using Dialogue System 2.1.6, Unity 2018.1.0, and the latest Subsurface Similar package from the Extras page. I made two builds -- one with Run In Background on, one with Run in Background off. I went through a few lines, alt+tabbed to another window for about 3 minutes, and then returned. Everything continued to scroll at the correct speed.Kole90 wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2019 6:47 amTry making a build with that test scene you made with "Run in background" option turned off, then alt + tab during dialogue and wait for a minute or two and then go back in the game. Sorry for troubling you with this but it messes the gameplay a lot and it seems like the only way I can reproduce it is this with alt + tab. Thanks
Can you please try the same?
Would it be possible for you to send a reproduction project to tony (at) pixelcrushers.com?
Re: Smooth nodes transition
Hey Tony, thank you very much for your efforts to help me out with this, I really appreciate it! The problem is that it's kinda hard to reproduce this in any other way because I'm not yet sure what's the cause of it. Another problem is that I cannot share the project with you because it's not mine to share, but companies, so I don't actually have the permission to share it with anyone outside of the company. That's why I'm trying to figure out how to reproduce it without sharing it. I will continue to look into it and will let you know if I find something out. Cheers!
Re: Smooth nodes transition
I'll also keep investigating here. If you notice anything else that might be a clue, please let me know.
What versions of Unity and the Dialogue System are you using?
