Quests outside of conversations

So one of my game modes could really benefit from quests, but without any dialogues other than some alerts. DialogueManager.AddLuaObserver("Variable['Credits']", LuaWatchFrequency.EveryDialogueEntry, OnCreditsChanged); is mentioned in the docs, as well as possibly QuestLog.AddQuestStateObs...
